Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. breakfast sausage
    1 can refrigerator crescent rolls
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 to 3 c. frozen hash browns
Preparation
    Spread rolls in pizza pan with points toward center.
    Seal edges.
    Cook meat and drain.
    Sprinkle on crust.
    Sprinkle hash browns over meat.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    For crispier crust, bake 5 to 10 minutes first.
