Veal Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. veal brisket with bone
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Put veal brisket in shallow baking pan; pour soup mixture over and add 3/4 cup water.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
    Take veal out.
    Let cool 10 minutes.
    Slice thin; lay slices in juice and cook covered 1/2 hour.
    Serve with buttered noodles.
