Oregano Chicken And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    juice of 2 lemons
    2 large cloves of garlic, unpeeled
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into pieces
    1 1/2 lb. potatoes, cut into 1/4 or 1/2 pieces
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In roasting pan combine all ingredients, except chicken and potatoes.
    Add chicken and potatoes and toss to coat.
    Arrange chicken, skin side up.
    Bake 50 minutes; stir occasionally.
