Top Of Stove Mac And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups small macaroni
    1/4 cup butter or margarine or 1/2 stick
    2/3 cup Nestles Carnation evaporated milk
    2 large eggs
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta in large sauce pan, drain and set aside. Melt butter in same pan over medium heat. Remove. Whisk in milk, eggs, mustard, salt and pepper. Return pasta to pan and stir in cheese. Mix well. Cook over low heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Stir continually until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
