Mushroom Caps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    1 large chopped onion
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute fresh mushrooms in butter or oil.
    Separate caps and stems.
    Toast white bread; cut in squares.
    Place mixture on bread and place mushroom cap on bread.
