Baked Or Grilled Vidalia Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large Vidalia onions
butter
salt and pepper
Preparation

Core onions and fill middle with butter, salt and pepper. Wrap in foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Do not overcook.
These may be grilled also.
However, when grilling, remember to start cooking onions prior to grilling meat, as it takes onions longer to cook.
This is a delicious side dish with grilled steaks or pork chops.
