Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven and bake crust at 400\u00b0 for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add sugar and salt to beaten eggs.
    Scald milk; cool slightly.
    Add milk slowly to egg and milk mixture.
    Add vanilla.
    Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
    Pour filling into prebaked crust; bake at 350\u00b0 until set.
