Hawaiian Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 lightly beaten eggs
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. coconut, grated
Preparation
    Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, eggs, pineapple and juice, nuts and coconut by hand and spread in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Ice with cream cheese frosting.
