Argentinian Chimichurri Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. malt vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
3 large cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with a tight fitting lid.
Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours.
