Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
2 c. shredded zucchini
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix ingredients thoroughly.
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
