Chicken-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. chicken stock
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
Preparation

Melt butter.
Stir in flour and salt.
Gradually add chicken stock and cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
Remove from heat and stir in Tabasco, cheese and cream.
Pour sauce over broccoli and chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
