Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
6 Tbsp. cocoa
pinch of salt
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine in saucepan or double boiler the sugar, flour, cocoa and salt. Stir in milk. Beat and add lastly the egg yolks. Reserve whites for meringue.
Cook, stirring constantly, until well thickened. Remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons butter or margarine and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
