Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 fresh peaches or 1 qt. canned peaches, drained
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 stick oleo
    5 slices white bread
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place fruit in buttered 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Cut crust from bread slices and cut each slice into 5 fingers.
    Place bread over fruit.
    In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, egg and oleo.
    Pour over bread and fruit.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
