Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can chicken broth
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 large pkg. Doritos
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. garlic (optional)
1 chopped onion
Preparation
-
Boil fryer and remove meat from bones.
Heat soup, broth and tomatoes in saucepan.
Place in baking dish in layers chicken, onions, Doritos and cheese.
Pour soup mix over layers and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
