Tamale Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. corn meal
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic juice
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients and garlic juice together and enough tomato juice to hold meat mixture together.
Roll into balls (1 1/2 inches).
Use remainder of tomato juice and make sauce in a large saucepot.
Bring to a boil and drop meat balls, one at a time, into sauce and simmer for 2 hours.
Yields 75 meat balls.
