Country Pasta With Mozzarella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. uncooked rigatoni
    8 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook rigatoni according to package directions.
    Drain. Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, cook bacon until browned.
    Add broccoli and garlic.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is crisply tender (4 to 5 minutes).
    Add rigatoni and remaining ingredients, except parsley.
    Continue cooking, until cheese is melted (3 to 5 minutes).
    Sprinkle with parsley.
