Apple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. apples, chopped
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add beaten egg.
    Mix well.
    Stir in apples and all dry ingredients; add nuts.
    Bake in buttered casserole at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Top with ice cream or whipped cream.
