Tennessee Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 8 potatoes
    2 eggs, boiled, peeled and diced
    1/2 c. salad cube pickles (sweet)
    onion, chopped
    1/2 c. diced, cooked carrots
Preparation
    Boil unpeeled potatoes; cool, peel and dice.
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
