Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, chopped
    1 tablespoon flour
    1 tablespoon onion
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1 1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1/2 cup water
    4 cups hot, sliced, cooked, new potatoes
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp, and stir in flour and blend.
    Add onions, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and water.
    Cook 5 minutes. Pour over hot potatoes and mix lightly.
    Serve while warm.
