Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1 can water
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Combine meat, rice, onion and seasoning.
Shape into small balls.
Mix tomato soup with water and heat.
Drop meatballs in and cover; cook slowly for about 60 minutes.
Serves 6 people.
