Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    oil
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1 can beef consomme
    1/2 c. water
    sliced onion
    sliced tomatoes
    sliced green pepper
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in large skillet in small amount of oil.
    Add rice, consomme and water.
    Over each pork chop, place a slice of onion, a slice of tomato and a slice of pepper.
    Cover; bring to a boil, then simmer about 40 minutes.
    Uncover last 5 minutes.
