Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground veal
1 lb. ground pork
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
salt and pepper to taste
1 large head cabbage
Preparation

Separate leaves from cabbage and preboil them in salt water. Mix all the ingredients except cabbage leaves in a large bowl. Line the bottom of a 9 x 9-inch pan with cabbage leaves.
Spoon a layer of the meat mixture onto the leaves, then layer again with cabbage leaves and meat mixture.
Top with cabbage leaves.
Cover the pan with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Tastes like cabbage rolls, but easier to prepare.
