Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut into bite-size cubes
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    2 c. beef broth
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1/2 c. Burgundy wine
    8 oz. egg noodles
Preparation
    Brown the round steak in oil.
    Add the mushrooms, onion, broth, tomato paste and wine.
    Simmer, covered, 1 hour or until meat is tender.
    Cook noodles according to package.
    Serve beef and sauce over the noodles.
    Serves 4 to 6.
