4 Layer Butterscotch Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 1/2 c. milk
    2 boxes instant butterscotch pudding
    1 c. Cool Whip
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Melt margarine and add brown sugar, flour and pecans. Press ingredients into 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Let cool.
