Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    3/4 c. milk
    3 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Measure flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
    Cut in shortening with pastry blender until mixture looks like meal. Stir in the milk, sweet or buttermilk.
    Drop or roll out dough and drop in boiling broth.
