Parmesan Dijon Chicken - cooking recipe

1 chicken, cut up and skinned
3/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix yogurt and mustard.
Spread on chicken pieces with brush (both sides).
Mix cheese and crumbs.
Dip chicken parts in crumb mixture.
Coat both sides.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake 1 hour.
Low-fat.
