Salmon And Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    2 c. seasoned mashed potatoes
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    few drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Drain fish, flake with fork and remove bones.
    Saute celery and parsley in melted butter.
    Combine with salmon, potatoes and seasonings; add beaten egg yolks and beat mixture until light. Fold in well beaten egg whites.
    Pile into greased baking dish. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour or until set in center and lightly browned.
    If baked in ramekins or custard cups, it will be light, fluffy and attractive for luncheon dish.
