Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 c. grated carrots
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. ground or chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar, carrots and eggs; beat well.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
