Hearty Brunch Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. quick cooking oats (uncooked)
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. unprocessed wheat bran
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    2 egg whites, beaten
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl and stir well. Make a well in the center of the mixture.
    Combine yogurt and egg whites.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Fold in raisins and pecans.
    Spoon batter into an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Yield: 16 servings.
