Chili Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 c. hot cooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 (15 oz.) can chili without beans or 2 cups homemade chili
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter; combine with rice and sour cream. Season to taste and mix well.
    Spoon into 7 1/2 x 11-inch casserole dish.
    Spread chili over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly (about 20 minutes).
