Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fryer or chicken breasts (4)
    2 1/2 c. reserved chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 regular can Veg-All, drained
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender.
    Remove meat from bones and skin. Reserve broth.
    Cut chicken into small pieces and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    In a saucepan, bring to a boil the broth and soups. Pour broth mixture over chicken and then put Veg-All on it.
    In another bowl, combine flour, pepper, buttermilk and margarine. Mix thoroughly to form batter.
    Spoon batter over top.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
