Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1/2 c. finely chopped, fresh parsley
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 tsp. salt
    fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Remove stems and tough bits from spinach.
    Boil or steam until wilted; drain thoroughly and chop.
    Combine spinach, sour cream, yogurt, parsley, green onions, salt and pepper in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to blend flavors.
