Confetti Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can croissant rolls
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
    1 Vidalia onion
    1 c. raw broccoli florets
    1 c. raw cauliflower
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Roll croissant dough out in square dish. Bake as package directs. Let cool. Chop vegetables to bite-size (really small). Combine cream cheese and Ranch dressing. Mix well. Add chopped vegetables; mix well. Spread mixture on croissants. Top with cheese; slice and serve.
