Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c .oil
2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. raisins
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Combine oil and sugar. Beat well.
Add eggs, one at a time and beat.
Mix dry ingredients and add to eggs and sugar mixture. Blend well.
Add carrots, nuts, dates and raisins.
Mix well.
