Raspberry Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/3 c. vegetable shortening
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 to 3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 1/2 c. fresh raspberry
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift flour, baking powder and soda together.
Set aside.
Blend shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and beat well.
Add flour mixture and bananas and mix until smooth.
Carefully fold in raspberries.
Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then invert on rack.
Slice and serve with cream cheese.
