Low-Fat Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar or rice vinegar
1 tsp. tahini
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. celery seed
dash of Worcestershire sauce
??? c. low-fat or nonfat yogurt
1 1/2 tsp. reduced fat mayo (optional)
1 1/2 c. shredded green cabbage
1/2 c. shredded red cabbage
Preparation

In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, tahini, mustard, celery seed and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir in yogurt and mayo. Add the green and red cabbage. Toss.
Serves 4.
