Sausage And Egg Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 slices bread, crusts removed
    1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
    10 eggs, beaten with 1 tsp. salt
    8 slices cheese
    1 tsp. water, mixed with 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    3 c. milk
    crumbled cornflakes
Preparation
    Place 7 slices of bread, cut to fit, in bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with sausage and cheese.
    Top with 7 slices of bread.
    Beat together the eggs, salt, mustard and milk; pour over the bread.
    Sprinkle with crumbled cornflakes. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8 to 12.
