Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. onion, minced
    small diced, cooked potatoes (optional)
    celery, grated (optional)
Preparation
    Cut potatoes up very small or may use instant potatoes if desired.
    Cook celery and potatoes together.
    Drain and mash 3/4 of potatoes.
    Add other ingredients and simmer 15 minutes.
