Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, well drained
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, cubed
    1/2 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
    4 to 6 slices dark rye bread, toasted
Preparation
    Combine sauerkraut, tomato, ketchup, mayonnaise, onion, caraway seeds and corned beef. Mix well. Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over all. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve over rye toast. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
