Cranberry Bark - Microwave - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 sq. premium white baking chocolate
    1/2 c. dried cranberries
    1/2 c. toasted chopped almonds
Preparation
    In microwave oven in microwave-proof bowl, cook chocolate on High for 2 minutes until almost melted, stirring halfway through melting time. Stir until completely melted.
    Stir in dried cranberries and toasted chopped almonds.
    Spoon onto wax paper-lined cookie sheet.
    Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Break into pieces.
