Tex-Mex Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 avocados
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    12 oz. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    2 chopped fresh tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    coarse ground pepper
Preparation
    Mash avocados and lemon juice in medium mixing bowl.
    Set aside. Combine sour cream with seasoned salt in small mixing bowl. Set aside.
    In base of 9-inch pie plate, spread refried beans. Layer the avocado mixture, sour cream and tomatoes, making smaller circles with each layer.
    Sprinkle with green onions and cheese. Top with ground pepper.
    Serve with chips.
