Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. smoked chipped beef
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    dried onions, dried parsley flakes and shredded Cheddar cheese as desired
    fresh parsley leaves
Preparation
    Let cheese soften; shred beef.
    Mix all ingredients and mold into ball.
    Wrap in plastic.
    When firm, roll in parsley.
