Oysters Rockefeller Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. butter
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 bunch green onions, minced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 c. chicken stock (broth)
    3 c. cream, scalded
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    2 1/2 c. oysters, drained and minced
    salt, cayenne, Tabasco sauce, nutmeg, Anisette to taste (optional)
Preparation
    In a saucepan, melt butter and add the flour, onions and garlic.
    Cook until clear. Add the chicken stock and cream. Stir thoroughly. Remove from heat and cool a bit.
