Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can French green beans
1 can English peas
1 can Chinese vegetables
1 red onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all vegetables. Separately combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Heat until sugar dissolves. Pour over vegetables while hot. Let set 24 hours in refrigerator to crisp.
