Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced or chopped
    1 chicken, cooked, boned and diced
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 can chicken broth
    1 can chopped green chiles
    2 tsp. cumin
    salt and pepper
    1/4 to 1/3 c. minced onion
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Layer rice, then water chestnuts, then chicken in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients, except cheese, and pour over layers. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
