Cushaw Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked cushaw
    pinch of salt
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 can cream
    1 level Tbsp. flour, mixed in with cushaw
    add sugar and nutmeg to taste
Preparation
    Bake in unbaked pie crust for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or 400\u00b0.
