Southern Pork Chop Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 c. condensed golden mushroom soup
    dash of pepper
    1 1/3 c. quick cooking rice, uncooked
    1/2 c. canned tomatoes, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1 1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Brown chops and celery until tender in cooking oil.
    Pour off drippings. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into a 12 x 8-inch baking
    dish. Arrange chops and celery on top. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
