Jeanette'S Crazy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour, plain
    2/3 c. cocoa
    2 c. cold water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. vinegar
    2 c. sugar (may substitute Equal)
Preparation
    Mix flour, cocoa, cold water, salt, vanilla, oil, soda, vinegar, sugar together well.
    Pour into 13-inch x 9-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    Cool before cutting.
