Squash Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 medium squash
1 egg
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. flour

Preparation

Wash, slice and cook squash.
Beat egg.
Combine all ingredients and drop from spoon into hot oil.
