Sunshine Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. finely shredded carrots
2 c. cooked rice
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. diced process American cheese
1 (16 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until set.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
